| Shimazu Iehisa (1547~1587) was the 4th son of Shimazu Takahisa from Satsuma. However, he wasn't born by the same mother as his three elder brothers. His mother was Hijioka, and he was married to the daughter of Kabayama Yoshihisa, a retainer of the Shimazu Clan. He stood out as a brilliant samurai despite the numberous famed warriors in the Shimazu Clan. | ||
