| This here is a Steyr produced bullpup type assault rifle. The A3 model here was built by request from the Australian and New Zealand militaries. Later on, a rail system was added so it could support NATO regulated optical equipment, too. It can be modified to be used as different types of firearms, switching out the barrel and bolt to make it a submachine gun, or the bipod and barrel to make it a squad automatic weapon... You might say it's a rather protean weapon. | ||||
