Mikoto is an Attacker, Debilitator sub-class, specialising in a combination of Speed and infliction of status abnormalities.
Because he's a man, it's easy to max his job evolutions and hence his HP and MP will be high.
Mikoto boasts particularly high speed, combining his own passive buffs, boots and his Swift Heart ability can let him outpace even the Forbidden Trial bosses (making him necessary for a preemptive Silence).
Mikoto's SR Job is actually more useful than his SSR Job as Soul of Truth has 100% Silence chance.
