One thing I notice about AB is that is doe not handle losing focus well. At all.

If you tab out at any time while playing and then return to the game you're almost guaranteed a crash next time you try to launch into a battle. You'll just get the loading screen endlessly and will lose any oil you spent starting that battle. I'm more or less forced to shut the game down if I want to do anything else for any amount of time. That is something of a fatal flaw for a browser game.

Odd, I see this happen sporadically but not nearly as often as you describe. I tab out/go afk quite often and only see this happen maybe 2-3x a day and that's being logged on a minimum of 10 hours throughout the day.

By "this" I mean infinite loading, error message (either in-game or WebGL), etc. anything that forces you to reload game

I've never seen it crash that I can remember and I frequently switch focus to other things. (in fact, all the time. I never actually play fights, I just kick them off then switch to a different window/game) That said, I don't typical alt-tab to switch. The game only takes up ~1/4 of one of my two monitors, so I'll typically have it and 2 or 3 other Nutaku games going on the 2nd monitor, while I play a real game on the main monitor. (Note: Kamihime project, or whatever it's called, crashes quite frequently if I have too many windows/games open, but that game continues up right where you were.) So I usually simply click on whatever other window I'm switching to.

Fwiw, I'm running in chrome with both sound options at 0.

I'm running firefox. I've made the recommended changes to expand the browser cache per their on site recommendations. Oddly I never had Kami-hime outright crash, but the eye-searing garble of an interface and the loading screens between literally every in-game action made me drop it fairly quickly.

there used to be a bug that cause the game to crash in the first month after the launch.
The game had problem with multiple abilities being triggered at the same time and would freeze and crash. Especially if you enemy tanks popped bunch of longer duration abilities.
This was mainly fixed althought it happens sporadically, but once a month is nothing compared to multiple times per one damn battle

I feel (sort of) cheated by the fact I maxed out Minnie (event arty) and there's nothing remotely sexual about the final scene.

You should've read the patch notes first then:

"...If you are a Nutaku.net player, be aware that Minnie the Panzerwerfer has a 100% wholesome story. No H content, but plenty of spooks..."

Well, at least now you'll be able to elite her.

It does seem a bit odd that the OLDER looking of the two has no H scene but the younger one does. It's like Nutaku just has no firm policy about these things.... I mean if they wanted to try and have 'no loli moments' they're not doing a good job of it....

Having said that the part that annoys me the most is that we don't get an extra skin instead of the half naked ones. I mean throw us a cosplay for those girls that won't have one or something so they at least have 2 like the others.... >.>

I disagree. Having no 3rd outfit makes for a nice, clear, "Don't bother" indicator.
