Starting on Jan 7th you'll be able to buy the items needed to craft them with life crystals, bond crystals, flower medals, honor medals, and flower stones. On Jan 21st they plan to add some kind of content where you can get the crafting items as rewards. Also possible they will appear as a bonus in future events/log in gifts.
