I played both for a long time but I drop Nutaku recently. Exactly.
I still play on Nutaku but started on DMM over the holidays because I have full team of rainbows with no challenges and many Rainbows awaiting blooms. I still do dailies and events (only takes about 5 minutes) No more money for them until they get their act together(if they ever do.)
I've managed to make a decent team over here and will continue to build it. Its fun to have nothing and a seemingly impossible challenge
