I merely said that this is a very vanilla, very light nod towards that specific weird kink type where all those pretty weird disturbing things are done.
I was extrapolating, and explaining MY thoughts on why this girl was made this very specific way, to appease that specific crowd. Or rather then appeasing it was more just like a very slight nod towards their direction. The stuff I wrote was just to give the information needed to people who have no idea about these sub genres.
Personally I dont think they could do a scene like that in a game like this. I think the backlash would be massive if it even by any slim chance got past the preliminary and secondary update check.
Well, you said her scene was disturbing at the minimum, outright repulsive, even, and that she was created for people who enjoy guro. It wasn't really very clear that you actually meant she was a very slight nod towards some rather extreme genres. Though, based on the scene, I actually wouldn't even agree with that. There's nothing to indicate she intends to eat you or harm you in any way and her personality is upbeat and cheerful. Teeth aside, she's a very typical enthusiastic genki girl. Rather, I think her teeth are a pun on her name (aniso -- unequal, odontos -- toothed) than any attempt to appeal to some group of hardcore fetishists.

Anyway, I'd rather see more knights that are weird or a bit freakish, even it it's not my cup of tea exactly. I tend to find them far more entertaining than the usual boring scripts. Even if it's a girl pretending to be a dog or something. I mean, with Sedum's scene I outright burst out laughing. And there's always the option to sell the knight or simply just skip her scenes, if you really don't like her.
