Bloom Dragon maps are in the 3rd tab with event and other daily maps. But they are daily. Monday is for Red Dragons, Tuesday for Blue Dragons, Thursday is Yellow Dragons and Friday is Purple Dragons. If you need Purple Dragons, It's the current daily missions just right now. Go for it.

Thanks all for your help, I finally found the Bloom Dragon place, I still need 3 more, so much grinding to do!

I dont have even one Balloon Vine in my collection so dont worry
