Edit: I have a little question about the Promotion Abilities.
Does the Defend Rate Up abilities count in the Super blue counter activation or not?
If I understand, it increase the chance for girls to defend and super counter occurs when girl counter AND defend at the same time. But I want to be sure before I spend 600 LC for this if it not works.
