Hmm... Since I'm playing on the Japanese server and I don't speak Japanese I guess that is not an option for me. It appears that the boss charge meter runs separately for each player but when I cast charge down it hits so I'm wondering if it works for some other player. If I have Joan's EX stackable Def up does it affect the whole raid or just the player?
