For SSR event weapons, if it's a weapon that has long-term use (namely, it has assault or pride or FLB-able), I always MLB the 4 copies into one. If I get additional copies of it (e.g. for raid events, you can get extra copies from raid gacha) I use it for FLB slvl fodder unless I can get 4 extra copies (never happened to me but in theory can happen.) If I do get 4 extra copies, I would MLB those into one again. For UE, account for reprints before you fodder 3 copies of something.

If it does not have assault or pride, I usually do not LB it at all and just save them all for slvl fodder, depending on how bad it is. There may be instances where a high stat dual skill weapon may be good enough to replace an assault weapon, but for each assault weapon replaced, the relative value of assault goes up, so you basically never want more than 1 or 2 weapons without assault/pride generally.

For advents, I don't bother buying weapons that I don't intend to use (e.g. current Python defender gun.)
The only thing to add to the very sound advice above is that, if you're going to farm an SSR anyways to MLB, please don't use it for fodder. MLB the weapon and save it. You never know when it might get an FLB and/or you absolutely need just one more weapon to make a phantom grid.

In this case Phantom gun grids are pretty crappy (defender+) and this is another defender weapon so you may never actually want to make a phantom gun grid and you can think about foddering it. But in general, you should use SRs for fodder and save SSRs to help complement your grid.

And always always only brick Hime weapons that have assault and another skill. Those are final game weapons and are near impossible to get easily in any other way.
