Jewel rate-up on Nutaku either doesn't exist is too small to matter, so saving up Jewels is pointless.

The next Light event should be next week as you can see from the encyclopedia in Sanahtlig's toolbox, and those usually come with Dark Hime. Not that you'll find you're looking for.
