Basically, just keep playing the game.

Getting your Accessory slots unlocked and SSR Tiaras with decent enigmas would be the first for you, aside from just generally everything. But that is a loooooot of raids. A lot of players are suffering from burnout, since progression is such a crawl from that point on. If you're not hosting, you need 120 (!, that's 600 Seeds!) per Hime Accessory slots. And if you're not strong enough to solo Water Rag - and few people are (read: you need Dian) - then most of your hosted Water Rags will probably fail.

So uh, again... just keep playing and try to enjoy yourself. That is, after all, the end goal - having fun.
