People who've played from Day 1 will want to challenge Ultimate difficulty. That probably won't work with a team of Rs. Raid and Union events could also be balanced differently than Advent events. If people of similar strength congregate to do group content (likely), we could witness the formation of a caste system that locks you in at a given tier of content.
