The first tower is Fire anyway and you have a lot of time to upgrade your water grid. Furthermore we will get some more good SSR Water weapons and some good free SR Raid Water himes. (One with C-frame 12% def down the other one is a healer with 1k heal 5T CD+750HP Barrier skill.)

At first I would actually try to max one or two teams... You need a team that is your wildcard for events and accessory quest until your other grids are good enough, so that you can run with ele advantage.
Well, if you go with Wind it's okay but we are going to have some fire event's, 3 I think. Therefore you should also focus on your water grid.
Water and Wind basically. After that move to your next Grid...

Get Vitra's fucking sword... it will be usefull because next year it will be a dual weapon with assaul and FLB ofc.
Next month you can get 2 good water SSR weapons. One with middle Defender + small Assault the other one with Large Assault and small Defender.

Do those 30min gem quest to level you SSR Weapons... You have a lot of time time till tower, Bro.

You Wind Team will be destroyed anyway in the first tower if you run with ele disadvantage ...^^
Hope that the RNG God gives you some good stuff for water till then^^ Even one core Water SSR Hime will make a huge difference.
