The problem might be a name in config.ini is spelled differently from the raw_scenario JSON. Either download my config.ini and compare it to yours or upload your config.ini so I can compare it to mine. Replacing your file with mine might work, make sure to backup your config.ini if you try it. Someone had an 3_write_config.py issue, although the error is different from yours, with on post #459.

Edit 1: Updated to include both DLpy scripts, the troubleshooting guide (mentions the newest DLpy script location), attached the DMM files for Van Helsing [Night Meeting], Thanatos [Heavenly Awakening], and [Memorial0032] Styx.
