I guess it means that there will be an Advent - probably a re-run - up at all times. I assume shops won't be reset either, as that'd be too good of a source for good FLB weapons.

Remember, GO is NOT end-game content. GO is content that you NEED to clear FOR end-game content. Bullshit like Jack has no place in such a thing.
