I agree with the order but shouldn't you switch the locations of Iris and Alissa so your best healer is helping heal the bottom units?

Just to clarify that means weaker mage > better mage > Imelia for attack order purposes?

I might be wrong, but doesn't magic damage ignore Def? If so wouldn't it be more accurate to active Imelia once she is in melee range of a lich (so AFTER the healers) for the extra damage and delayed hp lose?

I might have issues farming enough affection items on my Black account. Well mostly for the two Valeries I use for mages, since I don't have Pallis yet, and the lightening rods I end up using. More on that point might it be possible to get enough UP without using Eliane? So I can use her as one of my lightening rods at the end.

EDIT: Also, if Elaine manages to live until the lichs are in range of Leeanne (meaning Leeanne would likely die first) is it ok to place the lighting rods in that slot, or should I wait until Elaine dies too and then start roding?

@ten you're just showing off at the moment , aren't you ?

My ranks are 116 on my 2 Plat Account and 109 on my Black Account. That means I likely won't have the lvl 125 stat increase (+100hp, +10atk, and +10def), nor the remaining 3 (150, 175, and 200) which are the same increases. That means I have 1400hp, 400atk, and 300def like all level 99 princes.
