Not CC'd. CC'd Gadoras has attack IV. You'll want to combine un-CC'd Gadoras for CC'd Claire.

Unless we go back to Anyas Revival i guess its just as likely that we get gold rushes then me getting a random gadoras, since he can be only obtained by base summon and base summon sp
