    In Italian Roana gets pronounced with a rolled R and a slight emphasis on the last syllable. If you want it clear that you're going Celtic or English you really are better off going with Rowena, Rowenna or Rowanna depending on what you're doing with that second vowel sound. I mean, who knows if they've put that put much thought into it, but either way it's a defensible translation.
