The last 3 stars (of the 24 possible) give a spirit of platinum, a platinum armor, and a spirit of rainbow in that order. There is also the SC for 3 starring the maps. That said, Memento will be perfect at 21 stars, so if that is your main concern, there is no need to go further once you get to 21 stars.
