Thread: Need some advice

I was really bored so I started a DMM alt (first roll Altair, woot!). I was wondering, what are the 4 star clears on the story missions?

@Koto - Quoting what buttlover said earlier in the thread: "the fourth star is for a bonus SC, makes the map harder by adding limitations (eg. men only) and doesn't drop any stuff. Btw, only has 1 hp."

So basically a challenge mode for the story maps.

I'm planning on attempting War of Magic soon so I could get more Black Spirits to max Clissa's level. Any advices as to go about it? I heard a lot of people recommend using Bellinda because of her increase range ability. Unfortunately I do not have her because I joined way after her event. I do have three Calliopes (all non-CC'ed) and one Adele sitting in my box. Should I sacrifice all 3 Calliopes to CC Adele or CC one Calliope? I probably won't be AW any of my witches any time soon. My mages are all good to go. Garania and Pallis are both 50CC'ed and max affection.

The main issue with Wall of Magic is cost, not power. I was able to 2-star it with both the damage buff and the UC buff as well as one mincosted Calliope (not factoring other units her, you need to be able to deploy 2-3 witches really fast, Belinda is good because of her extended range compensating for that initial loss of damage with a few extra hits). If you manage to not fail during the first red rush, you are done with the Wall.

I don't really think you can do it at the moment. You can give it one try and see for yourself, though.

Alright, I'll try 50CC'ing Calliope. Might mincost her by feeding the last copy. Would buying extra UP help?

On another note, with the stamp card bug, I was supposed to get a rainbow fairy tomorrow. If the bug is not fixed by tomorrow, I'm stuck with a bronze fairy. fml

wall of magic typically needs either despara (think I'm gonna start calling her despia instead), belinda, or potentially yuyu with 2 mincost silver witches.

Wow, now I wish I had my DMM luck at getting Yuyu. Two Yuyus at DMM and zero at Nutaku. I saw someone on Youtube manage it with just Calliope and Cloris. Though they had to use +ranged damage and UP cost buffs.

Looking at DMM Aigis' new maintenance, Belinda is going to be a drop in one of the new event missions. Guess I'll be finishing WoM there with Belinda (if I get her) and Yuyu. Oh yeah, we're getting another princess too.

Yeah, Yuyu is also a great option. She will be my best chance at 3* this bs of a challenge (she is one of the 2 witches I'm planning to AW together with Adele).

I cleared my 2* attempt with a max CR Calliope, Cloris and a lvl 40 Calliope (no CC) to be able to clear that first rush. After that you should be completely fine with the units you have and the buffs.
