How do you collect XP from the dojo? Do you have to wait for the bar to fill completely? Then what?

You don't have to wait, just take them out or put somebody else in their place and they get all the exp they collected. It's a very small amount of exp, it might be hard to notice any gains with characters over level 5 or so.

Lvl up it more. Mine give the equivalent of 1 small exp card per hour. Which is not negligible for a passive bonus. A lvl 30 dojo with lvl 30 research is 6K exp/hour.

I feel sorry for the guy right after me. The last fight, I got a huge stroke of luck (5 proc resist death in a row, allowing one more hit), getting me the 10th place.

I did like 2000 total damage. -_-

I did get an "Original Two-piece Armor" from the easier fight though. 66 base defense, 11 per upgrade, 4% troop regen per turn. Dunno if it's good or not, I assume not since it was an easy fight. Goes well with my "Original Uchigatana" from the prologue at any rate.

Edit: And I just figured out you can forge multiple times in a row. The cooldown adds up to a point, probably capped by the blacksmith level, once it hits that point you have to wait a bit to forge again. I've been sitting here doing it every 2 minutes without realizing I could just forge 15 times in a row then come back 30 minutes later to do it again. >.<

It is a very very very very good armor, much better than you will get for some times. It is an easy fight because:
-Ypu can do it only 3 times (it is a convey fight like the other)
-The server has to unlock it by passing thought the early waves.

Then just take the girl out. It's not necessary to wait the entire time. The bar is just the max amount of exp she can gain in one session.

Is there a limit to the mailbox? Do things disappear after a set time? Is there a size limit?

Drop rate bug? Nop its not bug its just a really good % . Nearly 10 % chance of a ssr per plat ticket and 5% per gold ticket that's insane rate. The rate are just rly good and its not a bug lol. You can look at the rate while you look at the gacha content.
