But anyway - do healing skills stack? After reading your few last posts I believe they do, but I would like to make sure. At the end of the turn I can see animations and captions for all skills appearing (for example Love inherited from Naoe Kagetsuna, Original Zuo Zhuan etc) but I can see green health number floating over my unit only once.

Also - how often do non-artifacts appear as loot from exploring? I had few fancy drops (like parts for universal EVO card, or EVO emblem shards) or some utilities like fast battle tickets or rations but the drop rate for those looks awfully low.

And what would you recommend as artifact to equip on unit? Since I don't have many generals (or at least not many with worthwhile skills) to inherit I'm right now building my dropdeck around survivability and regeneration to keep my Tiger of Kai shielded as long as possible and I'm trying to ged Buddha Sculptures.
If you have two or three heals on a single character, it adds them together and only displays one number. I'm not 100% certain of this, but I think that it computes the heals sequentially, so for healing skills that depend on how much life you have, you can have a situation where you get some healing from skill A, then skill B computes the healing based on how much life you have after being healed by skill A.

Healing heavy builds are essential to get an A against certain opponents that do tons of reflect damage. But it's usually more effective to go heavy on damage with only one or two tanks to keep your damage dealers alive.

Non-artifact items from exploring are, as you noted, fairly rare. My ballpark approximation is that a given exploration item has about a 1% chance of being something other than an artifact. But I could believe 3% or 0.4%, as that's a pretty rough approximation.

I use buddha sculptures for my general artifacts.
