Make sure you contact support, and also complain about the game being off during an event. Maybe they will compensate us then.

My *assumption* is that they will do something to compensate without us needing to do more than pointing out the problem. If they don't, we have our answer... and jumping down their throats before the server is even back up is pointless.

Oh, and fwiw, "fair" compensation could be as simple as removing the energy cap until 12 hours or so after the server is back up. Thereby nobody would have wasted any energy by their inability to log in whenever, and people that were at low energy when the servers went down won't be at an advantage vs. those that weren't.

(Simply extending the event would be unfair. Folks like me who had pretty much no energy left would be significantly advantaged vs. those who were full/about to login. While the current lack of a PvP mode makes that unfairness currently irrelevant, that won't always be the case. Similarly, giving everybody "X" energy would be unfair.)

Still down for me. I wouldn't be *super* surprised if it's not up 'till Monday, if the Crystal Maidens team is behind getting the servers back up and not the Nutaku team. I can't imagine the CM team is overly large, so it might not be easy to get somebody to come in over the weekend that can fix the problem.

To add: And that's even assuming they've found out about it yet. There was a response on their facebook page within ~1 hour about the out of memory crash saying to refresh it should be fixed. No replies yet to the server down comments.

No idea if there are comments on the nutaku facebook page though, it's got some sort of white "can't read this until you log in" screen.

I remember last time the event had that invalid error thing and they refunded my energy. The thing is is that I leveled up the next battle so it was a waste. I hope they don’t compensate like that again even when it was just bad timing
