Yeah it keeps asking to reconnect but it doesn't.

I doubt it was intentional just to mess you up. This should give us a good sort of idea for whether devs are decent folks or stingy.

They should extend the event at least.

Make sure you contact support, and also complain about the game being off during an event. Maybe they will compensate us then.

My *assumption* is that they will do something to compensate without us needing to do more than pointing out the problem. If they don't, we have our answer... and jumping down their throats before the server is even back up is pointless.
