Not really, you can get white sword lvl 5 (the warring legion one, the other one is worthless white) very easily and they have +50% damage (same as a Legendary lvl 1). The Attack speed and CDR doesn't matter. Do that and your suzume dps will skyrocket.

For supports, I will have to disagree. Althea skill is pretty bad as you level. Meanwhile, Billie's skill is insanely OP, is really good even low level, and get better and better with time. I use both for now, but I will probably switch out Althea real soon.

Also, there is 3 legendary heroes. Micah, Heet and Billie. You can recognize them by their yellow name. Rare heroes have blue names.
