My guess is you're screwed until the next reset. I imagine that we will get more areas to purify down the road when they make a substantial update.

As for the waifus, this game emphasizes numbers so much and so little on story it's hard not to look at them as anything other than time sinks -_-

Also the story is written in an semi aggravating western fashion, so many inconsistencies and world lore plot holes with some 3ed wave feminism undertones. So I find myself hating half the cast even if they are hot.....
