So, I agree, Dorothy and Maho are lolis (I'd say Maho is a "oppai loli"). It's surprising they made it in the english version, but this is Nutaku we're talking about, and I, like most people probably, don't really understand what are their censorship guidelines (wild differences in handling between the various games doesn't help). There's the possibility that the scenes for Dorothy and Maho have been edited, do you happen to have their scene or Bahamut's? (Bahamut's case is more borderline, she's definitely less loli than Dorothy). And for the missing slots, I don't think it's a far shot, Nutaku does have a bad track record in this kind of things. We'll see for sure if next event is colosseum, depending on what slayer UR we get.
