If you don't already have the reward girl, there's a 99.9% chance of a random amount of shards in a range depending on your reward bracket and the amount of players who have fought against the current champion at least once. There's a 0.1% chance of 100 attraction shards.
The reward brackets work like follows:
Each rounded percent of (your impression / total impression) is its own reward bracket. That is, every time you pass x.5% it changes. For instance:
At 27 participating members, any impression percentage from 1.5% to 2.49% will yield 1–8 attraction shards. However, 2.5% to 3.49% impression will yield 1-11 attraction shards.
