About her: Haya is a witch who uses her powers for her courier business. She's very absent-minded which sometimes interferes with her work and makes her get the deliveries wrong. When she gets too many complaints it brings her self-confidence down so low, that she loses her magic. The only thing that can get her back on track is a nice big package delivered straight to her front or back entrance.
