When joining a raid, if it's started by a Union player it should be displayed as blue and there should be a text "Union member!" in the topright, or something.

More people means more lag, and only two people get good rewards.

Also, in newer fights, more people = more Triggers (like the current "Ragnarok" Ice Disaster gets a 100% damage cut per person attacking the first time per Rage).
