Barring the first two maps and Twin Dragons G, there will be at minimum 1 drop that is guaranteed to give you dragon fangs and its usually from the tougher dragon enemies.
Just to correct a little error: only the 2nd map doesnt guarantee a fang drop, even the 1st map has 100% drop rate on both drops.
