Well, drop rates are meant to be rather bad. Even the two highest give you less than 2 fangs per stamina on average :P

i've just seen Anna in trading post on dmm however i have no idea what she can do the new small event with her look like she just stands there and looks

She buffs the Prince. 10% of her stats normally, 100% on Skill.

As an passive ability, she gives Prince additional buffs depending on the title. Stuff like changing Prince into Princess (I mean making his regular attack into magical damage) with +Attack titles, Health Regeneration with +HP titles, +1block with Defence titles or +10MR with title you actually use (Morale title).

and -3 cost with AW'd Prince title.

so she affects prince's stat and has nothing to do with prince's personal buff (18% for savior title for exp), if i use the savior title then prince will have +10MR, she is great though still not sure if i can accumulate enough DC if i get her now and still get enough for the princess if trading post shifts, so confused

Wasn't her event getting Revived on DMM right now?

that's because this anna event isn't a new event, but a revival. they don't put revivals on the front page.

the question is - is she worth even 100 DCs?

If i have to level her, she is gonna rot in my box forever.

They gave free copies of Anna a few months back. I have yet to use her. I would only get her for completion sake if I didn't already have her.

the only time she ever really sees any use is after we get AW'd prince I think.
