| "Customize your hero and improve his battle stats" | Equipment items are rather as implied, items you can equip that will boost certain stats to help you in battle. These items match your player level at the moment you obtain them with their stats relative to their level. However, the stats for an item's level are on a value range rather than being directly set, therefore it is possible to get a higher level item that has higher stats than a lower level item. In addition to how high of a boost they will give, Equipment's prices are relative to their level.
The specific stats that are boosted by a given type of equipment are shown on the bottom right corner of the equipment piece. Hovering over the item with your mouse (or pressing and holding on mobile) will show a pop-up that denotes the exact amount the equipment will boost by as well as show how much more or less it will compared to the corresponding type of item you already have equipped. Equipment will only boost specific stats (Hardcore, Charm, Know-How, Endurance, & Harmony). Common grade gear will generally only boost one of these, Rare will boost 2 stats at once, Epic can boost just 1 or 2 different ones, while Legendary can boost only 1, or all 5 stats at once. Regardless of how many different stats a given item will boost, the overall amount it boosts will be around the same, ergo an item that boosts just 1 stats and one that boosts multiple will boost a similar value, but the one that boosts multiple stats will have this divided up between all of the stats it boosts.
Equipment items can be placed into one of 6 slots depending on the type of item in question it is.
- 1: Top Left - Items worn on the head (Hats, glasses, etc)
- 2: Mid Left - Items worn over the torso (Shirts, coats, etc)
- 3: Bottom Left - Items worn over the lower body (Pants, shoes, etc)
- 4: Top Right - Logos or symbols of some form
- 5: Mid Right - Animals or creatures of some kind
- 6: Bottom Right - Objects or weapons
In addition to being purchased from the shop, Equipment can be obtained through Pachinko, by completing Daily Missions, winning against Champions, or through rewards in the Tower of Fame.
There are 15 standard equipment sets that will appear in the shop, Epic or Great Pachinko, or from Tower of Fame. In addition, there are 6 themed sets winnable from Champion battles (1 per Champion), and 1 for every different Event which can be obtained from Event Pachinko while the corresponding event is active.
