the mods started a poll for the Black Friday Gacha, because it seems that quite many people got problems purchasing gold in the last weeks and as such can't purchase the black friday gacha.
So please vote everyone truthfully, so nutaku is able to see that there is a problem with the payment processor and the discord admin looks into it/asks around.

The problem is one of the payment options doesn't work despite both using paypal and the one that does work charges you additional 5% which is a turn off for some.

Selected option #3 as soon as I found the poll on Discord last night. A very upset client here.

It is because nutaku is locking you in your first payment method and you are stuck with it. That means if you got suddenly problems with that payment method, you are screwed.

Nutaku/Probiller has no history as far as my account is concerned. Never had a Nutaku transaction before the Black Friday deal came, and even when I tried purchasing, they never got to process it anyway - it was being declined from the get-go.

It's actually probiller/epoch that do that, nutaku has nothing to do with it.
