Wasn't there a lvl cap equal to the max level of your girls in te squad? If your highest girl is lvl 53, probably that's why the drop in power is so big, so we would need someone with a lvl 70 unit to check the actual drop.

But i checked it with lvl 50, so i can go after theory with just +3. So you would have to be Level 67 to the highest possible level to use.
