Looks like things are different here than with Lori in Kanpani. You can only claim Violet Tulip once. After that, it won't let you enter any more serial codes from the campaign.

Oh, that's a relief (posting from work so I couldn't check myself).

I already have two Violetta Tulips with all equip slots, since premium can't stop throwing her at me, for w/e reason.
