The stamina refill never pauses, unless there is a bug or something get changed with the game that we don't know of.
I'm not 100% sure about this, but this is what is feel like anyway, I usually wake up just the maintenance starts, so by the time I can log into the game I have a ton of stamina ready to be spent.

Why the hell did it take so long anyways? Previous events didn't take this long AFAIK (only been playing a month or two though)

New event type probably had some bugs that they had to hotfix.

Maintenance is conveniently always in the morning here so never notice it anyways.

Just dropping by to note that Tachibana's skill is hilarious.

been slacking with equipment gacha lately because it's such a pain to merge all equipment and I never roll a +10 regardless.

I've just been logging on occasionally to burn stamina and do daily quests recently so I completely forgot about them.

Is there a limit to how many seeds you can hold and if so, what is it?
