the LC-shop did not reset, just the date expanded. is that normal? that would mean i can buy everything in the shop only 1 time?

Just checked, because I just cleared cache, and have the same: new date but no stock refill.

The shop gets reseted...eventually. They never really make it on time though.
But I don't know if the new refresh time simply appeared automaticly and they still intend to refresh the shop before that or if they intend to update it on that time.

Of course it's not normal. DMM FKG always restock any trade shop every month. Latest restock on nutaku FKG happened on november/december (2-3 months). I don't even know why they delay it again.

I usually intent to keep my LC to use them only for the skillblooms. But today I thought for the first time, might as well buy some manyus since it's going to take a while until the shop resets. So i bought them and 2 hours later the shop resets. Sometimes i really get the Feeling this games wants to troll me

Heh. I pretty much bought out all but one manyu. Oh well, I will be able to make good use of them since no-one on my squads is even close to maxed.
I'm curious to see if they actually keep to a 1 month shop renewal (as the expiry dates suggest); if so I won't likely be buying anything but skill blooms as I won't have the time to earn them.
