Gladly, we don't have Daily Event Login Rewards, like PeroPero has. I rarely get the last one of those because I finish work after the daily reset (and then I didn't even drive back home yet), and it often gets out of maintenance only 7 or 8 hours before that time. So in other words, I'm often guaranteed to miss the first day (7-8 hours) of the event and cannot possibly complete the card. Especially frustrating when the last reward happens to be an eGacha ticket.

What I mean is I can't spend the stamina (or gatherings) regenerated while I slept while I eat breakfast. Wastes ~1/3-1/2 the stamina I could have spent today.
It will hit my stamina cap before I can get on because I can't at work.

I used to have this problem (and lost Gathers) until I found out I could use Puffin browser on my Smartphone to do a couple of missions/gathers during my lunchbreak, or on my walk from carpark to office, or office to carpark etc. You could do it on the bus/train etc. on the way to work/back too.

maintenance is strangely very long today, but it doesnt matter much to me since Kancolle's Spring event started today

I'd be surprised if you did. I've started playing a bit earlier than you and I'm also still waiting for my free 6*.

If you need someone for the Winter Rose missions, there's the new 4* - Zephyranthes.
Even though she doesn't look like she's from there, storywise she moved to Winter Rose from Banana Island (I believe she mentiones it somewhere in her voice clips).

My phone is too old (it actually has Flash on it) to run it at a reasonable speed, I tried to do a mission and it took ~20-30 min to run on my phone.
And if you left the phone idle it would kill flash and you lose your stamina and the mission rewards.
Gatherings worked okay however.

Hi Ardance, did you try putting Puffin browser to Theatre mode and then turning Flash Quality to minimum?

Phone is too old to install Puffin browser.
I actually used Flash in Dolphin browser to run it.
