To get all the neckties, you need 4 squads to start at the top left camp (which is what I was referring to). This means that the one that starts at the bottom or one of the two that starts top left and goes down rather than to the right has to be very fast.
For me, this meant putting 4 squads roughly similar in speed top left, and one about 75-100 faster at bottom left.

You could probably also three-medal with 5 speed balanced teams, 3 at top left, one at bottom, one at top center. I haven't tried this configuration, and it certainly gives up some neckties (although you might not need them).

You're right, I completely missed that. Sorry for the dud advice. I haven't looked at Star Lily maps since her reissue was up as the two week event back in January or thereabouts.

im planning on spamming dozens of flower gems on either 12-1, 12-3 or just 14-5 for ampies, I am gonna assume stage 14 has a better chance of giving them since its higher difficulty although I could be wrong.

Cattleya is a pretty awesome rainbow as well! I still remember the first time I saw her on a helper squad, and her special attack triggered on the first turn. I was like "WTF! Where did those full-health pests go?"

Did a bit of a normal gacha pull as running a little low on cash and killing 10 minutes before I could run a mission - got 3x3 stars in one pull so decided on a YOLO on a whim got a new 5* and realised - I've had quite a few of those lately how many 5* do I have to evolve

14 are event girls

So either I'm very ineffective a farming mannys or - wow

Probably a little of both, but given the breakneck pace of events and content that's a heck of a backlog to chew through
