Was wondering the same, I think they enabled it yesterday, since I could go out with it earlier this morning (same missions as before).
I hope/think we'll get new Whaleship missions during phase 2 of the current event.

Game's up again, no new weekend gacha. Probably because of the Summer deal going on. Well, I already had little hope for a Hollyhock Step-up anyway.
