You seem to be misreading it. That link has bond crystals and whaleship mission three during the same month as the Gazania and Ficaria events. The wikia for the DMM version also shows them being added with the second half of Fuchsia's event on June 6th.

There is more than one update per month and the link I mentioned didn't break them down so I wasn't sure if the 3rd set of whale missions came first or together, but even so, until we see the 3rd set I wouldn't be expecting to see the bond crystals. As for blooming, I don't know; both links agree on the other things being added with blooming but don't agree on when. Eab1990's link says it went in with Plumeria's event (the next one after Ficaria), the wiki states during Ficaria's. Given that we're in the second half of Ficaria's event and don't have blooming, I'm inclined to think it'll be the next event.

That said, you were right about me misreading; it was very late for me and I was reading the line numbers as individual update numbers.

Why my luck is only on Nutaku? I guess it's only because Gold are super commons on Nutaku now. I yolo 4 times on this event and I got 3 golds. The rates can't be accurate.

I don't even remember when we got Aloe. Actually I don't even remember her existance. But she seems really nice with good ATK boost and skill activation.
