Yes, but the problem is, that one of the two may overwrite one or more of the panels of the other. So if there's only 2 or 3 empty panels available, you may end up with only the panels of one of them. When there's more panels available, you may get the full set for each, but it's also still possible that one overwrites one or more of the others' panels, leaving you with one full set of panels, but only 1-2 from the other, or even none.

Yeah, sorry; I should have specified that I was pretty much just thinking of the whaleship missions which so far seem to have adequate space to accommodate.

This is not true, I have had healing nodes spawn all over the map on whale missions. Even tho you cannot see the map to begin with the nodes still spawn at random empty locations, this includes shrine nodes and is easy to test and verify.

nodes do spawn at anypoint I can verify

Apologies for my mistake, I have only had seen them spawn on the first two visible pads and thought, what a waste as I hadn't started the fight yet. I must have missed the third spawn and not had the Knight in my squad again after that one run.
