Actually, I was bored and did some Normal Gacha science a while ago. I was writing down results of my pulls to get percentage chances, since the're not listed anywhere AFAIK.

Recorded 4220 pulls on Nutaku. Here are the rates.

2* - 3903 - 92.49%
3* - 232 - 5.50%
4* - 11 - 0.26%
Manyu - 73 - 1.73%
Ampy - 1 - 0.02%

I've also written down some pulls on DMM, and rates seem to be pretty much the same.

no new character quest, but they didn't correct the Camellia quest

bought my Rainbow Dressbloom from the LC shop - started to work on Kerria

somehow that triggered my 450 TP quest LOL

and sold my 5* dupes

no idea why I haven't sold 'em into the brothel bond crystal camp

What trouble are you having with this quest? As far as I can tell there is no problem with it.

you can't access it without camellia bride but it's meant to be the normal camellia's character quest

I had to go in really early this morn' so I couldn't play there was wasted stam/gather but it can't be helped
also i was pretty busy at work so i couldn't use puffin on my phone
