here I thought maybe I should play on the DMM server, is it worth it or not?

If you like a lot of contents, conpensations and FG raining for the smallest bug and don't care about all stuff being in japanese, it worth totally.

What do you mean? You can see the missions that give you Lavender's currency, but can't locate the store to buy the items?

there are not some exchangers

For perma-reissue (in other words, all the reissue except the current one: Russelia's) you must go on the perma-reprint tab of the exchange center.
