Yes it is worth it is Killer ability for 6* Alpinia and Kerria and for many 5* that have "absorbs HP" in their battle ability

Yeah, HP Recovery Boost is one of the better promotion abilities to be honest. Even if you don't have anyone who can use it yet effectively, I would still try to maintain the resources to get it once you do.

This is worth it
But you need other girls to use taunts to reduce the damage of other girls, if your team has purslane (bloom) soap saffron (avoiding normal) Alpinia plus Kerria Then what happens to every girl using taunts?

purslane bloom I will test it~ this may be interesting

I'm not the oldest, but I am one of the oldest. I started long enough before the first event that I was able to have a team that could (just barely) full clear it. I know there was someone around here who had started during the game's soft launch, so I think they win.
