Not 100% sure on how to fix this, but here's what I can think of:

1) Try scrolling down? Maybe the gift is lower.

2) Try clicking on all the '?' boxes. Maybe the icon isn't showing up.

3) Refreshing the page. Or does it just take you to this screen again.

4) Try playing on incognito. Sometimes cache screws the game up.

5) Maybe switching sites? Meaning going from .com -> .net or vice versa.

tried all, the gift is not even there.
well, downloading maxthon and puffin for now (tried in chrome ff opera), and already sent support ticket... we'll see
