A new unit is always good, but the nice part is the 4 dupes all gave a +1/+1, bringing Lantana to 3/3

so basically, fodder any 2-3 star girls, keep 4-5-6, right?

If you have room, you should keep those and give them all second affection when possible so you get the gems and H Scenes. Then its up to you. Some collect all and others don't.

I personally keep the top 40(or more) of each color.

Yeah, what phob said is pretty much it. Per girl you can get 3 gems. It really just depends if you want to have one copy of each girl in your inventory. However, you might need them for Nation Battles where you are forced to use knights from single nation. Also, I'm not sure if you're going to have trouble with inventory space this early in the game.

i already got inventory trouble with the game, so increased capacity from 50 to 100

Like da others said, keeping 3* or 4* is good for nation battles esp. Winter Rose

Coz dat country is like Flower Knight Girls' minorities LOL
